Beautiful story related to 9/11

Duane "Smokey" Jackson is a Vietnam era US Navy veteran who served aboard USS Ranger CV-61. Duane has been a street vendor in New York City for the past 13 years. He witnessed firsthand the World Trade Center attack in 1993 and also the attack on September 11, 2001. On May 1, 2010 Duane reported a suspicious SUV parked in Times Square, police later discovered that the vehicle contained a bomb. He is credited with saving the lives of thousands of people. He received numerous accolades and lots of media attention for his heroic act; he also received a phone call from President Obama.
