RELAX... And RELEASE the STUFF!!!

Why do we spend so much "mind time" with "STUFF...?"

"STUFF", being those thing we can not administrate over, transform, or think about long or we will...? So, it's not necessarily just vital or large-scale "STUFF", but even the "STUFF" that just should not matter any longer. The "STUFF" has no true barring in our lives. Yes, the "STUFF" was eminent at some point , but not now.

Why can't we just Forgive and become steadfast at forgetting, walk in Faith and move Forward...? Enabling us to free up some "mind time."

The three Fs.

Hbr 12:1-3 Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset [us], and let us run with patience the race that is set before us. Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of [our] faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds...

The above scriptures tell us to disburden ourselves of the sin, the weighs us down. Anxiety is a sin,(Mat 6:31-31 Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? For after all these things do the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.)

Worry paralysis your faith. The Bible in Hebrews chapter eleven tells us that without faith it is impossible to please God. (Hbr 11:6 But without faith [it is] impossible to please [him]: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and [that] he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.) We have a great crowd of people from our families, to co-worker and the people we pass by each day. All are able to see if we are displaying faith or worry.

Why?, don't we just choose to do the three Fs?

God forgives us once we whole-heartily repent of the sin we have commented.(Psa 103:10-2 He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities. For as the heaven is high above the earth, [so] great is his mercy toward them that fear him. As far as the east is from the west, [so] far hath he removed our transgressions from us.)

Why?, should we choose to continue in routines that have no profit or progression for our lives?

We need to emulate our big brother, Jesus, more and get about our heavenly Father's business. (Jhn 5:30 I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me.) Even when it seems hard for us and other to understand. Remember in the book of Isiash , He told us "My thoughts are higher than your thoughts and my ways higher than yours." (Isa 55:8 For my thoughts [are] not your thoughts, neither [are] your ways my ways, saith the LORD.)

It probably will not seem undemanding at first, but with each step forward it will be like Jesus said, "Greater than He(the Father) did we'll(in Christ Jesus) do."(Jhn 5:20 For the Father loveth the Son, and sheweth him all things that himself doeth: and he will shew him greater works than these, that ye may marvel.) Amen!!!

Let us put in some time being effective in the three Fs.

Mat 11:28 Come unto me, all [ye] that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
