What are we lacking as individuals?

We lack Vision….

According to Webster’s, VISION is defined as something seen in a dream, a supernatural appearance that conveys a revelation; a thought, concept, or object formed by the imagination.

So if we look at the definition we have lost the ability to dream, to be creative and to believe that we can achieve what our minds can conceive.

We must take a step back and really begin to envision what we desire to accomplish; for God has given each of us a vision which was assigned to us with our destiny the day we were born.

We must arrive to a place where we see ourselves as God sees us: as business owners, as having a positive influence in our communities, as individuals accomplishing the short term, the mid-term and the long term goals we’ve set.

Side Bar: Remember it’s never too late to set goals, ambitions or visions to achieve.

According to Habakkuk 2:2 KJV And the LORD answered me, and said , Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.

In our society we have forgotten that it does take a village to raise a child…Your vision is a child and you must learn to find those who you can trust to help bring the vision to PASS. Some people are called to walk you through the process from beginning to the end, but others are called for certain segments or seasons i.e., the development, the cultivation, the nurturing and finally the birthing of the vision into manifestation.

One thing I believe if you don’t have the proper people standing with you; to coach you along the way you risk the chance of never seeing the vision come to pass.

I know at times there may appear that the vision has died or it’s not going to happen, but Habakkuk 2:3 KJV states… For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.

Allow your mind to dream and have visions again, so you can get to a place you long to be; where you’re able to bring forth new ideas, witty inventions and fulfill your VISION/DESTINY. Please keep this near and dear to you….”If your mind can conceive it, your heart will believe it and your hands will achieve”, I was taught this a long time ago by a dear music teacher and it has forever stayed with me. Remember regain your vision and dream big!
